Gemba
Methodologies.
Five proven operating methodologies that adapt the platform to your type of production. From high-speed part-by-part stations to quality labs — each methodology defines its hardware, its QR actions, and its flow.

Phase 1: Setup
Before producing, the operator sets the context with four scans. Every part produced inherits all of it automatically.
Scan the Machine
The Digital Twin loads and the station's identity is set.
Load the Work Order
Product, BOM, route, customer, and opportunity are inherited automatically.
Scan the Pallet
Every part is grouped under this skid ID.
Load Material
Raw material (LOTs) identified for consumption traceability.
Phase 2: Production
Pick the methodology that fits your type of station. Each one defines its flow, its hardware, and its QR actions.
Gemba Sprint
🟢 Starting StationHigh-speed part-by-part production. Ideal for CNC, slitting, injection, and lathes. The operator creates, labels, processes, and completes — all without leaving the kiosk.

Gemba Flow
🔵 Intermediate StationParts flow between stations and the lineage propagates. Ideal for sequential lines: polishing → deburring → inspection. Every WIP arrives with its full history.

Gemba Tag
🟢 Mass ProductionPre-printed "orphan" labels that activate on the first scan. No printer on the line. Ideal for mass production and pre-labeling in the warehouse.

Gemba Check
🔴 Inspection / Lab QCCapture quality events without moving parts. Scan the WIP, inspect, log the result (PASS/REJECT). Ideal for the lab, metrology, and inspection gates.

Gemba Flex
⚪ CustomizableFree configuration for irregular workflows. Manually pick from the 14+ available QR actions. For R&D, pilot programs, or multi-purpose stations.
