Starting from what you already have: a spreadsheet, your ERP, e-mail or a part. On site when needed, remote the rest.

They deliver what was agreed and review it with you every month. If it works, the next process follows.

- The result depends on your process. We look first, then we tell you what is possible and what is not.

- How much does it cost?
- It is quoted for your process: one monthly fee with your engineer and only the tools your problem needs. We tell you after the first conversation.
- Is it a person or an AI agent?
- A Patok person, working with AI.
- Do I have to buy Gemba or Office?
- Only if your problem needs it. Your engineer uses what it takes, and that can be a single tool.
- Do I have to change my ERP?
- No. We start with what it already knows how to send: a CSV by e-mail.
